01 / Minimums

Can I source private-label TENCEL™ or linen bedding from 300 sets?

CozyNature Home's current lyocell and washed linen programs start from 300 sets per color, with sizes mixed within that color. Custom dimensions, brand labels and packing are developed to your brief. Confirm the fabric, pieces in each set and quantity by size before treating that minimum as a quotation.

For example, a proposed 300-set order in one color might contain 200 Queen sets and 100 King sets. Send that breakdown with the finished measurements so fabric consumption, sewing and packaging can be reviewed together. A new color needs its own quantity review.

These minimums apply to the two documented programs below. Cotton, other constructions and special developments are quoted against their own requirements. CozyNature develops bedding to order; the reference products show a starting specification for your collection.

02 / Material choice

Which program fits the collection you want to build?

Start with the feel and appearance you want your customer to experience. The current lyocell reference has a smooth hand; the washed linen reference has a relaxed texture. Compare physical swatches and a finished sample before approving your own construction.

03 / Size planning

What should a US bedding size brief include?

Give finished measurements in inches or centimeters for every piece. A Queen or King label alone leaves important details open: fitted-sheet pocket depth, pillowcase opening, duvet closure and the pieces included in the retail set.

The current linen Queen reference contains a 90 × 102 in flat sheet, a 60 × 80 × 18 in fitted sheet and two 20 × 30 in pillowcases with an 8 in envelope. The lyocell Queen duvet-cover reference is 90 × 90 in, with the same pillowcase reference. Your collection's dimensions can be developed separately.

List each size and color on its own line with the quantity and set contents. For a duvet-cover collection, confirm whether pillowcases or shams are included. For sheets, specify whether the retail set includes a flat sheet.

04 / Samples and timing

What should happen before a bulk bedding order?

  1. Set the brief. Share material, fabric reference, dimensions, color, set contents, quantity and target price level.
  2. Review the fabric. Check the swatch, construction, hand feel and color. Identify any custom weaving or finishing needed.
  3. Approve a finished sample. Review measurements, fitted-sheet depth, seams, hems, closures and the feel after the agreed wash process.
  4. Confirm the order specification. Approve labels, inserts, retail packing, export cartons and the quality requirements that production will follow.

Sampling is normally 7–10 days once the specification and color are confirmed. Custom linen weaving may take 20+ days. Bulk production is about 60 days after specification, color and packaging confirmation. Request a schedule for your actual brief, including the time needed for approvals, testing and shipping.

05 / Label and quality checks

Which documents should I request for private-label bedding?

Ask for the fiber details, available test reports and the scope of certificates for the fabric or SKU you intend to buy. For a TENCEL™ collection, confirm material authorization, branded-label use and hangtag options before approving artwork. For linen, ask about the European-flax documentation and available OEKO-TEX® certificate for the selected program.

Agree the test methods and acceptance criteria for any shrinkage, pilling, colorfastness or other performance requirement in your brief. Match the fiber wording, care instructions and packaging claims to the approved product and supporting documents.

06 / A useful first inquiry

What information gets a bedding quotation moving?

Send the details you already know. A photo, existing product or fabric sample is useful when the exact construction is still being developed.

  • Product type and every piece included in the set
  • Material, weave, weight or construction, plus a reference where available
  • Finished measurements, pocket depth, openings and closures
  • Quantity by size and color
  • Labels, inserts, retail packaging and carton requirements
  • Target market, price level, performance requirements and delivery timing
